1. 柚子瘦肉湯

柚子肉四兩,無花果3-4粒,生薑片數片,瘦肉一磅,清水8-10碗煲2小時。

消滯、理氣、止咳。

 

2. 北芪紅棗茶

北芪一兩,紅棗20粒,升麻四錢,加水4碗煲30-45分鐘,分二天飲用。

補氣、升提功效。預防疝氣作用。

 

3. 黨參首烏湯

黨參、制首烏、淮山各一兩,陳皮二錢,無花果4-5粒,烏雞一隻,清水10-12碗煲2小時。

補氣健脾胃。預防疝氣作用。

 

4. 小茴香無花果茶

小茴香10克,無花果5粒加水3碗煲30分鐘。

理氣止痛。
